Nessus Product Names Simplified
In the past year, Tenable Network Security® has made great strides in simplifying the installation, deployment, customization, and operation of the Nessus® vulnerability scanner. Today, we're simplifying the Nessus product names.
What's changing?
The names of the commercial Nessus product (previously Nessus ProfessionalFeed®) and personal, non-professional Nessus product (formerly Nessus HomeFeed®) have changed to the new product names shown below. The product features remain the same as before.

When and where will the changes take place?
Today you will see the new product names and logos on the Nessus user interface, Tenable website and eCommerce store, and key product documentation, training materials, and collateral. Over the coming months, you will also see the new product names and logos introduced on other materials.
How are existing ProfessionalFeed customers and HomeFeed users affected?
The Nessus Software License and Subscription Agreements remain in effect, and existing Nessus ProfessionalFeed customers and Nessus HomeFeed users do not need to take any action to use Nessus or Nessus Home.
